What's included in the sales price?

All the features listed. 800 sq feet of concrete driveway, up to 3' crawlspace. clearing for building envelope. landscape allowance. Please schedule meeting with sales specialist for more info.

How much is land?

We can build on a lot you own or have under contract to purchase, we also have lots available.

Do you build on full or daylight basements?

Yes. We specialize in concrete poured in place basement systems. We also offer at a minimum a 10 year watertight guarantee with up to 75 year additional guarantees.

Are you an Energy Star builder?

Yes. we also use many good building techniques and products to ensure an energy efficient long lasting home.

What are the additional building costs?

As Midland constructs your home on the lot of your choice additional building costs are directly related to your land. Schedule an appointment to meet with a sales specialist at your home site to get site specific pricing.

Can I customize the floor plan?

YES - we have great floorplans we can build. We specialize in customizing our plans to fit your living needs. We can also build your custom plans

Where do you build?

Midland Builders currently builds in the upstate of SC and south western NC. Please call if you have a question about your location.

Can I walk through a floor plan that is not a model home?

Many of our customers are kind enough to open their homes to potential homeowners. Also the floor plan you are looking for may be under construction and you may have the opportunity to visit that under construction home. You can also view the plans in our interactive site at Floorplanner.com

Can you build my own floor plan?

Yes. We can also customize any of our plans or yours.

Can I finance my land in my home loan?

Yes. Most lenders, including our partner lenders, allow and encourage land/home packages. This dispels the misconception that you must own your land outright to build your new home on it! We're happy to answer any questions you may have about your property.

Can I build my new home if I have a home to sell?

That is based on your good credit. A great number of our customers do so. Most lending institutions have no problem with doing loans for the new home as long as the customer financially qualifies to do so. Typically during the construction process the customer is only making interest payments for the amount of work completed on their new home so they are not making two house payments during the construction phase of their loan. Many of our customers only want to move once so they'll put their existing home up for sale when the new one is nearing completion! See your Building Consultant or Lender for more information.

How do I find the cost of the available options you offer?

After you have found out your buying power (how much home you can afford) your Building Consultant can do a free personalized price quote to show you exact costs on options you want to include in your new home! This free service is very informative for you the customer. Please feel free to contact your Building Consultant to schedule this no cost pricing quote!

How many plans do you have?

Currently 17 plans. We also have many variations built for customers over the years.

Do you warrant your new homes?

Yes. we also offer third party warrentees for the customers peace of mind

Do you offer financing?

We work with preffered lenders and will help you find financing to meet your needs.
